- This is the week of July 4th and around here it means that there is way too much to accomplish in the given time
- I am so excited about the 5k on Sunday! It is our first one to host and it should raise some big time – much needed funds for Speed the Light!

- Freedom Celebration 5k and 1k Fun Run is hosted by Muskogee First Assembly. The proceeds will benefit Speed the Light World Missions. We invite you to come run or walk a FLAT & FAST course! Stay after the race for race awards & free pancake breakfast. 1k($15) begins at 8:15am, 5k($25) begins at 8:30am. Race day registration available. Free Freedom Celebration 5k shirt for all participants.
- I am really looking forward to seeing the Norvell family on Sunday evening at Freedom Celebration. Great friends and a great atmosphere. I am so glad that they are home (for the time being)
- I am having trouble comprehending the fact that one week from right now I will be in Barbados

- Yesterday was great as well, I love spending time with the “Catalyst” kids
